职位描述：
Qualifications任职资格：
1. Senior high school or technical education, Certified electrician.
有电工操作证, 中专以上学历，电气或者机电相关专业毕业。
2. Be familiar with electrical equipment maintenance, with experience of automated assembly line
.熟悉电气设备的维修保养，对于自动化流水线有维护的经验
3. Above three year experience of equipment maintenance
三年以上设备维护及管理经验。
4. Must be able to read and operator according to English manual.
能够根据英文操作说明操作操作和设定仪器仪表。
5. Independently work, and a good team player.
能独立工作，有团队合作精神。
6. Familiar with electrical and mechanical components such as relay, proximity switch, frequency controller, motor, cylinder, all kinds of valve.
熟悉电气和机械元件及其工作原理，如继电器，接近开关，变频器，电机，气缸，各种阀门

Duties and Responsibilities职责：

1. Process and analyses all production lines’ breakdown. OA standards ensure that the monthly target.
处理并分析所有生产线的的故障.确保月度OA目标达标.
2. Make the periodic maintenance for the equipment. Ensure downtime is less than the monthly target.
对设备做出周期性的维护和保养.确保停机时间低于月度目标.
3. Give question and suggestion appears of repetition fault
整理停机报告,并针对得重复出现的问题做出行动或给出建议.
4. Understanding the basic knowledge of MAFACT and GQS. Comply with the rules of MAFACT and GQS.
理解MAFACT和GQS的基本知识并按照MAFACT和GQS的要求工作。
5. Ensure the routine check of equipment is finished. Inspect and supervises the execution of TPM
       完成设备的每日点检,检查监督TPM的执行情况.
6. Fill in the data sheet timely. Such as maintenance record, shift handover record etc.
及时完成各项数据记录。如设备维修记录，交接班记录等。
7. Complete each task which the leadership gives
完成领导交给的各项任务
8. Understand and trace the spare parts condition
了解并追踪备件状态
9. Renew the electrical blueprint and provides the current backup in the control cabinet
负责更新电气图纸并在每个控制柜中提供有当前的备份.
10. Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行
11. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
