Logistic and Purchase Supervisor JD

- 30/40 years old
-Live in Xingbei or willing to move
-Good English language both talking and writing
-At list 3 years of Logistic experience
-Good ERP system experience(SAP preferable ) for Logistic
-Knowledge of Kengdee system (print and management Invoice)
-Know and experience with FIFO material management
-Simple and smile person, team working caracther


1st step (March-June): GM assistant, Sourcing and I/E support
A) GM assistant
-Support GM for personal living problem in Changzhou
-Translation document
-Support GM for translation during meeting with Government, Decoration company, suppliers and so on
-Support GM during start-up Manufacturing new plant
-In charge to oper PO order to local supplier

B)Sourcing
-Sourcing for: raw material, components, production machine
C)I/E support
-Cooperation with local Logistic company to import production machines from Italy
-Cooperation with local Logistic company to import raw material for production
-Relationship with local I/E company

2nd step (after setup company in July)
-In charge of Logistic (scheduling production, I/E material and finish good from Italy and to Asia customer)
-SAP system management (local ERP system)
-In charge of Warehouse for raw material and finish good materials
-In charge to release Invoice by Kengdee system to customer
-Relationship wit Financial supplier in Shanghai
-In charge of Sourcing and Purchase
-In charge of Admin (company management, relationship with local HR...)
