Responsibilities工作职责

? Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, safety and house keeping rules and regulations.

? Maintain quotation activity by logging in all RFQ’ s and track progress of completion.
维持所有RFQ的报价活动并跟踪过程结束。
? Develop, improve and follow the company sales policy in accordance with the goals and objectives set forth by executive manager
制定，完善并后期跟踪公司的销售策略，其策略要求与行政经理制定的目标相一致。
? Develop customer relationships and communications as defined in the corporate business plan
按照商务合作计划所定义的，发展协调与客户之间的联系和沟通。
? Responsible for conducting quotation and contract reviews, for ensuring capacity and capability to satisfy the customer requirements (Must comply with QMS/EMS, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949).
负责进行报价与合同审核，以确保产能与性能可以满足客户的需求。

? Responsible for the timely and orderly flow of information to other departments

? Responsible for the receipt , verification and distribution of all purchase orders
负责所有采购单的签收，核查以及分配。
? Prepare and submit customer quotations due to customer.
准备并提交应给客户的报价单。
? Assist in preparation of customer quotation response information including customer forms.
协助准备客户报价反馈信息，包括客户表格。
? Maintain event listing of quotation due to customer.
维护客户相关的报价单的事项列表。
? Assist in performing contract review for all new jobs and engineering changes.
协助完成所有新事务和工程更改的合同审核。
? Issue and maintain database for New Orders of awarded jobs: New Tooling, Fixture, Prototype, PPAP samples.
拟定并维护新订单的数据信息：新模具，检具，模型，PPAP样本。
? Maintain database for all production, Tooling and Prototype POs ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
维护所有的产品，模具和模型，采购订单的信息数据，以确保其准确性，并且及时更新。
? Maintain awarded quotation folders.
维护不同的报价单文件档案。
? Maintain Plex with current production pricing and purchase order information.
以目前现有的产品报价和采购订单的信息来维护信息丛。
? Update Plex with Accounting Jobs as necessary.
按照实际需求，更新系统中财会相关信息。
? Perform function of document control as per TS16949 requirements within the Sales department.
在销售部门里，按照TS16949所要求的做到文档管理。
? Maintain any KOI Charts for management review.
制作维护KOI图表，以便于后期管理审核。
? Coordinate with Engineering Department to produce supplier tool records.
与工程部门合作，制作供应商工具，模具记录。
? Maintain Bailee Receipts for all tools.
维护好所有模具的受托人收据。
? Issue and maintain customer profile as required.
按要求制作并维护客户档案。
? Any other duties that may be required, from time to time.
