职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all equipment and facility running smoothly. Maintenance all equipment regularly .
2. Develop and implement the most appropriate maintenance program to maintain the best operating condition with lowest cost.
3. Monitor and analyze energy consumption and cost. Implement energy saving activities to reduce energy cost.
4. Analyze failure mode of machine downtime and implement corrective & preventive actions.
5. Ordinary investment : Plans, budgets, scheduling, installation and inspection, including cost estimates , bids, layouts, and
     contracts for construction and acquisitions with contractors and relates vendors.
6. Recommend to senior management and oversee renovation project for a variety of reasons, ranging from improving efficiency
     for productivity.
7. Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 system production Master Data maintenance.
8. Make most appropriate SOP documents for machine operation and adjustment.
9. To meet the new requirements of product from customer, organize and implement equipment, make production feasibility test.
10. In order to achieve company long-term development and objectives, investigate inside the industry.

Requirements
1. College or higher education, with Engineer Titles above the intermediate level.
2. With 5-8 years or more work experience in engineering field.
3. Experience in weak electricity subsystem structure and implementation process.
4. BS level qualification or engineering in Facilities management or equivalent technical degree desired, or equivalent proven
        experience is presented.
5. Minimum of 10 year experience in a diverse and technically challenging manufacturing environment if possible chemical or
        similar regulated industry, of which 3-5 years were held at a management level, including experience at site management
        level. Experience in related GB standard with chemical and safety requirement.
6. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical, and legal documents and communicate in English as well
        as Chinese.
7. Skilled in using PC, familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint CAD and related.
8. Cooperate with government related bureau to finish related check and audit.
