POSITION职位
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Junior Packaging Engineer is responsible for physical / structure design of all packages in CZ factory and its material selection, saving cost through choosing the right package.
该职位向工程部经理汇报。初级包装工程师负责常州工厂所有产品包装的物理/结构设计，以及包装材料的选择、成本控制等。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
? Ensure the packing info in the system is right.
确保系统中包装信息准确。

? On time to conduct all necessary tests for developed packages to ensure the quality meet requirement.
为确保达到包装要求，及时完成各项必要的测试。

? Ensure all spec. of packages and Finished Goods and bills of materials (BOM) on time issued and input into system and update for products manufactured.
确保所有包装的规格、成品和BOM及时输入系统和维护更新。

? Keep close communication with Project Manager to ensure all issues and challenges for development to be updated and solved timely.
与项目经理密切合作，确保开发相关事项及时得到更新和解决。

? Ensure new development on time getting tooling completed and samples for test need.
确保新开发所需的工具和样品及时完成。

? Evaluate the package quality from development and delivery and work closely with supplier for improvement.
评估新开发和运输中的包装质量，并与供应商合作进行改善提高。

? Change improper package, save unnecessary cost.
改善不良包装，减少不必要的成本。

? Other works assigned
完成其他分配的任务。

? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。

? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.
了解，遵循并且执行公司所有的规定和规则。

? Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.
执行由管理层指派或要求所有其他工作。

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:

? Bachelor Degree in Mechanics Engineering, and Packaging Engineering.
机械工程或包装工程相关本科学历。

? At least two years experiences in packaging industry or taking similar role.
在包装行业或相关领域有至少2年以上工作经验。

? Good communication skill and project / time management.
良好的沟通技巧和项目/时间管理能力。

? High passion in package development and problem solving & following.
在包装改善和解决问题方面保持高度工作热情。

? Good ability to read and draw the component and construction drawings.
优秀的读图和绘图能力。

? Familiar with plastic injection and blowing mold development and processes technique.
熟悉塑料模具吹注和开发技术。

? Familiar with Solid-works, AutoCAD, Pro-E etc. is preferred.
