职位描述：
职责Responsibilities:
1.完成责任机台工艺调试，产品首件送检并跟踪送检结果。
2.保证产品质量，工艺调试确保机台工艺的稳定性。
3.操作工生产操作流程的指导。
4.设备、模具故障的判别，简单故障的排除。
5.设备、模具的故障报修，协助维修并跟踪维修结果。
6.设备、模具、工艺的日常点检维护和保养。
7.监督检查上模工的上下模工作。
8.协助工艺工程师完成试模工作。
9.责任区的5S工作。
10.完成上级领导安排的其他临时性工作.
11.负责遵守政府在安全和环境方面的法律法规及要求,并依照我公司的环境要求进行相关作业。

Responsibilities:
1.To set-up & adjust of molding process and must submit FA sample & follow-up for the outcome result
2.To ensure quality part and process stability being under control
3.To provide guidance to the operator on work SOP 
4.To define/identify machine or mold breakdown for easy assessment 
5.Help to report & request machine & mold repair and also follow-up its progress 
6.Machine , mold and process must routinely check for service and maintain 
7.To audit and inspect mold setter up-down mold working procedure 
8.To assist process engineer on mold testing work 
9.In-charge of 5S on allocated zone/area 
10.To comply other temporary task requested by superior 
11. Responsible for abide by the laws of the government in terms of safety and environmental regulations and requirements, and relevant work in accordance with the environmental requirements of our company.


资格要求 Qualification:
1．中专或以上学历， 机械、模具或其他相关专业；
2．有两年以上操作注塑机工作经验；
3．有基本的模具保养常识，能倒班工作；
4. 熟悉公司的工艺工序；
5. 具有良好的英语阅读能力；
6. 熟练运用办公软件；
7. 工作认积极，有较强的责任心；
8. 能吃苦耐劳，主动性强，具有良好的沟通技巧及问题的分析能力；
9. 具有良好的团队合作精神。

Qualification:
1.Diploma in mechanical engineering and tooling or related profession 
2.Min 2yrs in injection molding working experience 
3.With basic mold maintenance working experience and able to rotate shift duty  
4.Familiar within company process procedure rule 
5.Good in English reading capability 
6.Knowledge of using software 
7.Good personality with positive attitude toward work execution 
8.Strong character , hard working with positive attitude and good in interacting plus analyzing capability
