Logistic Manager Stabilus China

To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a:

Logistic Manager for our plant in Changzhou (China) (Greater Shanghai Area)


Your duties:

- Head the Production Control, Material Disposition, Procurement, Internal Transportation, and Distribution Logistics departments (entire logistics chain);
- Prepare the production plan and adhere to the deadlines and quantities set therein, with optimized use of personnel and machine capacities;
- Perform system-assisted material disposition (Material Requisition Planning)
- Customer order processing incl. coordination with customer’s material schedulers
- Customs clearance of imported machine and imported materials and components
- Shipping, in part using consignment warehouses;
- Dealing with customs and relevant government departments for daily work.
- System control and administration in close coordination with headquarters in Germany;
- Reporting with senior management and headquarters in Germany;
- Employee management and development.


Our requirements:

- Bachelor degree
- In addition to a written and spoken command of Chinese, English is must; some or good knowledge of German would be a plus
- At least 5 years of job experience in logistics with Automotive industry
- SAP skills in PP, MM, and SD, or related software
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with TS/ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 is must
- Age: 30 – 45 years
