职位描述：
工作职责
1. 根据PAMA的生产情况及时装夹与拆卸工件，保证机床不会因为等待零件装夹而停机；
2. 加工完成的零件及时进行倒角、去毛刺、清洁加工表面，保证零件边缘没有翻边、锐角、毛刺，孔内、凹槽、加工面等位置没有残留切削液、油污、铁屑等杂物，然后把零件转移到待检区；
3. 及时为模板、顶出板安装衫套；
4. 根据需要操作小车床、铣床等设备；
5. 协助机床操作工进行机床的日常清洁、保养、点检、加油、加水等工作；
6. 保持现场的物料、工装夹具整洁，现场5S维护与保持。
7. 为新零件的试车提供支持；
8. 做好与职能相关的上游/下游工作，领导交办的临时工作;
9. 完成上级委派的其他工作
任职资格
1. 机电、机械或相关专业高职或以上学历；
2. 1年以上机械制造相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉机械图纸、机床操作、测量工具者优先；
4. 能适应倒三班工作；
5. 必须具有良好的合作精神和沟通能力；
6. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
7. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知，服从工作的调整与培训。 举报 分享
