职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key duties include:
? 负责组织、实施新员工在岗培训计划 Organize and execute On-Job-Training (OJT) program for new employees.
? 管理、维护培训记录，及时更新人事系统中与培训相关的数据 File training record, maintain HR system with up-to-date training information.
? 对培训效果进行及时评估、追踪和反馈 Assess training effectiveness timely, follow up action plan and feedback.
? 公司内外部招聘与调动管理(包括员工需求分析，招聘方式选择和流动分析，员工面试管理）；Responsible for internal and external recruitment and management of the company (including employee needs analysis, recruitment methods and flow analysis, employee interview management);
? 员工入职及离职手续办理；employee entry and exit procedures;
? 员工信息档案管理及人事资料的维护 employee information management and maintenance of information
? 督促各部门进行绩效的评估、发展计划的制定等，确保满足iPower的要求并达到改进的目的supervise the performance evaluation and development plan of each department to ensure the iPower meet the requirements and achieve the purpose of improvement
? 部门内部合理化建议及Winners Circle收集及系统录入，项目实施进度的跟踪；internal rationalization proposals and Winners Circle collection and system input, project implementation progress tracking;
? 协助处理部门报销事务assist to handle Department reimbursement
? 人事经理指派的其他工作 Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

This role will report to HR& Admin Manager

Education and Experience:
Role Level Education Required Experience Required
 本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above 有1~4年及以上HR经验或有潜质的应届生
1~4 years’ experience in HR or high potential fresh graduate

Required Skills:
? 优秀的人际沟通能力及良好的服务意识Excellent interpersonal communication skill and good service mind.
? 优秀的组织协调能力Excellent organizing and coordination skill.
? 熟练使用MS-Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT及EXCEL; Proficient use of MS-Office, especially in PPT & EXCL.
? 熟练的英文口头和书面表达能力Good command of English for oral and written communication. 举报 分享
