Task description
Responsibilities will be as follows:
+ In this position you will be reporting to our Chief Sales Officer and be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, in order to identify new business opportunities and drive business expansion at existing customers in the automotive market.
+ Visiting automotive customers and exploring business potentials for teamtechnik.
+ Answering product, sales and application related questions, identifying new opportunities and generating project inquiries.
+ Understanding the customers’ situation and objectives and gaining commitment to use teamtechnik solutions.
+ Working with all support organizations to move the project through to revenue and managing the ongoing business.
+ Interface with the mother company to obtain quotations and providing communication support to customers, including translations.
+ Be an active key member of the regional sales team and drive support groups including Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing and Trade Fairs.
+ Preparing visit reports after meetings with customers and prospects.
+ Feeding back important market insights; Reporting sales forecast of the assigned customers.
+ Supporting Chief Sales Officer on the different programs launched, e.g.satisfaction survey.
+ Feedback demands of the customer and the competitive environment to ensure our roadmap is in line with customer's needs.
