职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist Supervisor, Marketing Communications in optimizing the overall marketing communications platform (in terms of message, target, budget, plan, competitor tracking and etc.) to meet the overall company business development needs. Execute the marketing communications activities to support the promotion of our products and services.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
- EVENTS: Lead and manage events mainly on national and local farm shows; support on field demo/road show and dealer opening;
- BRANDING: Support on print/on-line advertisements publication in terms of content development, design/layout confirmation and media scheduling; Work with Manager, Marketing Communications to optimize China website and develop the content according to business requirement;
- PUBLIC RELATIONS: Work with Manager, Marketing Communications on press release coverage and interview arrangement; Maintain Wechat Service Account of AGCO China; Maintain media relationship at regular basis; Lead video shooting projects: testimonials, products, promotion videos, etc; Support on media events such as case study, press conferences, media tours, media campaigns etc.;
- INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: Lead intern or vendor on managing gift/merchandise, managing leaflets/brochures. Lead internal communication campaigns, localization of global projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of marketing methodology, strategy; Knowledge and experience in business writing and editing; Knowledge of event organization; Knowledge and experience in media relations; Knowledge of publishing and new media
- LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Being capable of managing vendors; Being capable of managing interns
PROBLEM SOLVING: Being capable of manage urgencies and emergencies
- AREA OF IMPACT: Have an impact across the business; have an impact internally and externally
- INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Open-minded, easy-going, creative.
