职位描述：

I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Create, Release Production order and rework production order timely and correctly;

Prepare and Publish Planning Report timely and correctly;

Close follow up with manufacture about plan attainment, coordinate with cross functions to ensure plan completed

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

· Maintain parts production planning master data in SAP	· Finish master data within required timeline
· Create production orders per production plan	· Ensure PO is created timely and correctly
· Release production orders per production plan	· NO STOP line; Release timely and correctly
· Prepare and publish planning report	· Ensure planning report is published timely and correctly
· Follow up production plan attainment	· Closely follow up with MFG and coordinate with cross functions to ensure plan completed
· Deal with other production abnormal issue such as machine down	· Coordinate to take the timely action
· Comply with company EHS rules and regulations	·
· Others	·

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

· Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain related major

· ERP experience, SAP is preferred

IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

· Basic knowledge about logistics and supply chain

· Highly responsible attitude at daily work

· Good written, oral English skills

· Coordination ability in problem solving

· Clear thinking and analytical ability

V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

No leadership at this level is required. However, willing to lead short discussion such as production planning review will be plus

VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:

· Clearly analytical skills

· Manage daily work as per priority setting

· Good communication

VII. NATURE OF IMPACT

The role is expected to offer fully support for sales and operation plan, especially in production planning aspect

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

· College’s degree in logistics or supply chain related major

· More than 2 years manufacturing or supply chain or equivalent experience

· Basic MRP

· Basic Office software(Word, Excel, PPT…) experience

· Communicated English, especially in written and reading
