I. POSITION PURPOSE:


Responsible for whole accounting area, focus on procedure implement, accounting book accuracy and internal control.





MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Accounting voucher check and post in SAP ? Timely and Accurately
? Expense report and payment request verification ? Follow procedure tightly
? Monthly closing follow up ? Timely and accurately, trouble shooting capacity
? Handle external audit issues ? Timely with proper communication
? Coach junior accountant ? Work more professionally
? Support finance manager for assigned case ? Team work




II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

? Experienced knowledge and skill for relevant areas
? Good knowledge of US GAAP
? Good knowledge of Chinese GAAP
? Good knowledge of Chinese legislation on Accounting
? FCPA knowledge
? Good knowledge of Chinese tax legislation in the areas, relevant to the company's business


III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:


The job requires a good understanding of the company's business and of the industry. The experienced knowledge and skill for whole accounting area is required. Ample experience for auditing trouble shooting will be a plus.



IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:


This role will lead accounting team included treasury staff and accountants.

Systematical approach to resolve the process issues
Working under pressure to resolve the urgent issues related to deadlines and/or requests from authorities.

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

? University graduated or above
? More than 5 years experience in accounting area, at least 2 years with senior accounting position
? Taxation knowledge and skill is required
? Bilingual skill is required, good communication in English
? ERP experience, SAP experience is plus
? Teamwork and under pressure
