Responsibility:

? Supplier SRR audit and open corrective action implementation
? Manage and lead part qualification PPAP process with Chinese suppliers (plus)
? Train supplier on AGCO quality requirement (support quality improvement of suppliers)
? Develop supplier on their quality system and procedure
? Resolve quality issues with Chinese suppliers
? Lead communication between AGCO locations and suppliers

Qualification:
? Must have Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in quality and/or manufacturing.
? Must have working knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, stamping, welding and machining
? In depth knowledge of TS16949, QS9000 and well experienced in supplier auditing and supplier development
? Proven successful record in multi-national companies
? Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
? Candidates with knowledge of lean manufacturing and fundamental statistics skill is preferred
? Good oral and written English skills are required to facilitate effective communication in a multi-culture environment
? Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time - work at supplier side
? PC experience
