POSITION PURPOSE:


This position is created to coordinate/assist the Centurion localization process at Changzhou location. The position will support cross-functional development of the localization tools and track the progress regularly.




MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Control localization process, ensure regular & accurate update of the localization tools
- Consolidate cross-functional input into localization tools

- Day to day verification & validation of cross-functional data
· All data is accurate, updated on day-to-day basis, risks & issues are communicated and escalated

· SAP interface management · Ensure project data in line with SAP data
· Project report generation and distribution · Timely and accurate report and update
· Foster cross-functional team work · Smoothly team communication
· Other activities related to the program
· To be defined when assigned



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:


· BS in Machinery Engineering, Supplier Chain Management, etc. MBA or other Higher educational background a plus

· 3+ years experiences in PMO / project management and / or localization / NPI project in an international manufacturing environment

· Expert on database / reporting tools, such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc., familiarity with SAP

· Strong leadership skills of decentralized teams, good understanding of cross-function / cross-location team work

· Strong communication skills, experiences working with people from multiple cultural background

· Strong presentation, analytically skills

· Fluent in oral and written English is a must

· Pay attention to details, willing to take responsibility

· Strong team work spirit
