职位描述

I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Independently responsible for the talent acquisition on assigned areas to provide on time and high quality service to hiring manager; promote AGCO employer branding among China



II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Acquired talent based on time, cost and quality requirement ? 90 days after demand identified
? Monitor and polishing the execution of GTAP process ? On time input on CERIDIAN
? Maintain cost of hiring in assigned area ? Hunter usage rate lower than 15%
? Continuous input on China Talent Pool ? Talent pool project
? Assist to promote employer branding like University relationship, talent marketing promotion ? Employer branding project
? Other task assigned by leader




III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

? Overall HR knowledge including C&B, labor law, performance management, training system, communication
? Methodology on talent targeting, candidate screening, interview skill and hiring process
? Knowledge on local talent market, and country level preferable
? Good time management method


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

? Understanding on department function and job responsibility on a full function business operation
? Understanding on agriculture talent environment


V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
? No leadership requirement, but require a strong influence ability and coaching skill to hiring manager


VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:

High problem solving skill, need to analyze the TA demand based on organization structure and business demands in fast growing and flexible business environment, and recommend alternative solution



VII. NATURE OF IMPACT
No direct impact, work as consultant to hiring manager



VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
The job have impact internally, usually in people hiring area.



IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

This position requires a high level interpersonal skill across the functions inside AGCO with hiring manager, and outside AGCO with talent; requires a skill on selling AGCO to outside talent, and influence talent to join AGCO.



X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
? Bachelor degree above on HR or related field
? 5 years working experience in HR, prefer to focus on talent acquisition
? Fluent English communication skill
? Skillful in Windows Office and eHR system
