职位描述：
Job Summary:
 Responsible a variety of manufacturing processes & equipment management & inventory management & logistic to ensure safety and desired component quality, cost and schedule are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
? Embrace the continuous improvement tools (Opx), ensure department equipment is clean(5S), properly maintained (TPM) and uptime is maximized;
? Ensure employees are fully trained in all aspects of EH&S, monitoring safety operating on the shopfloor to reach plant safety target as LWC/RI as 0/0;
? Making monthly production planning, daily production volume monitoring through daily shop floor meeting, to reach the monthly production FCST. Set up effective communication with other departments per updated delivery information or nonconformance.
? Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building and develop an efficient team which flawlessly executes production requirements by multi-skill operator matrix & specific to product line and track performance
? Establish standards work cycle time and provide timely honest feedback on performance standards to evaluation shop-floor & operating performance (KPI as OTD & internal CoPQ), quarterly raise the performance bar and advise associates when they are above or below, reward associates for excellence and hold them accountable for their actions.
? Establish/maintain cross-training plans and track associates skills matrix qualifications achieved.
? Raw Inventory management by PC system, and control & manage the inventory cost by set up & monitor the minimum stock amount and policy for goods in & come.
? Manage monthly WIP balance and support Financial with WIP cost;
? Outsourcing supplier developing and manage its ability.
? Logistic management and transportation cost management.
? Establish cell work schedules taking into account customer requirements, resources and other priorities.
? Manage cell overtime to equitably distribute it and minimize the amount.
? Understand the Cells financial impact to the business, continue make effort on cost saving.

Key Capabilities
?Bachelor degree in engineering: mechanical, manufacturing or materials.
? Minimum 5 years experience in production management, engineering, process control, or equipment maintenance.
? Proficient in oral and written English
? People & Time & Efficiency Management
? Understanding with process is preferred
