I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Support and implement China after sales parts supply chain strategy
Optimize the parts and accessories supply chains to secure timely and effective parts supply services to dealers and Customer
Establish and implement parts inventory planning process to secure the parts availability in AGCO warehouse
Establish parts supply chain performance monitoring system
Provide parts inventory support to the New product launched in China Market
Define dealer Recommended Stock List for dealer and implement to dealer network
Establish the parts export process
Support parts localization project by provide optimized logistic solution



MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Central warehouse set up ? Go live in Q1 2013
? Parts Logistic monitoring systeml ? Lead time, Availability, TOR, Healthy stock.
? Parts inventory management for all products range ? KPI
? Export process set up ? Support export business of whole goods
? Dealer inventory management ? RSL and implementation
? Support localization ? Optimized logistic solution
? ?



II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Inventory management
Logistic practices
ERP or SAP system knowledge
Basic finance knowledge related to logistic
Import and export process and regulation
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. German language will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Access and PowerPoint.


III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Good knowledge and comprehension on China agriculture, especially in After Sales area.



IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Will lead the team depends on business development and individual performance

Attention to details and strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills




VI. NATURE OF IMPACT
The job will impact the service level of whole after sales function, and impact the customer satisfaction index, so as to impact the parts and whole goods sales performance.



VII. AREA OF IMPACT:
The job will impact the customer satisfaction index directly, parts and whole goods sales will be impacted as well as finance figure related to cost of sales and inventory.



VIII. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, having the ability to communicate across all levels.
Strong project management skills.
Capable of multi-tasking, handling projects in conjunction with daily activities.
Good team player



IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Inventory planning and logistic management,
1-2 years working experiences in an international company will be a plus
