I. Responsibilities of the position

Administration:
Telephone support of Chinese customers, distributors
Prepare material certificated, product notice and documentation
Temporary tasks

Sales Support :
Translation of English documents
Preparation of standard quotation to Chinese customers
Check and re-confirm Purchasing Order, Order Confirmation
Coordinate with customer on prepayment
Check account receivable status

Logistics:
Liaise with AGCO dealer central/forwarders on shipment details, as well as prepare shipping documents
Timely provide inventory availability and lead time information
Follow up on shipment status / order confirmation / delivery status / missing shipment, etc.


II. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education background:
Bachelor degree or above

Knowledge requirement:
With professional knowledge of international trade, tractor manufacturing

Experience requirement:
1 years relevant working experience

Ability and skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Excellent ability in both words and language, able to write an analysis report or other related documentation independently.
- Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergent affairs.
- Be able to using related office software and operating network to help the jobs.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
