职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
-Establish and maintain effective and efficient standard cost methodology, system and processes, perform standard cost review/adjustment once a year or whenever necessary;
建立和维护有效或高效的标准成本方法、系统和过程，并确保每年度检查或者调整标准成本
-Responsible for costing month end closing and variance analysis, ensure timely/accurate costing;
负责每月成本结账及差异分析，确保成本准确性；
-Monitor inventory stock take procedure consistency with Norma Group policy;
按照诺马集团制度监管存货盘点流程；
-Prepare monthly gross margin analysis;
每月报送毛利分析表;
-Responsible for sales quotation ;
负责工厂销售报价；
-Calculate Transfer Price according to Norma Group Intercompany Price policy and update once a year.
按照集团政策计算内部转移价格并每年更新.
-Prepare annual costing budget;
编制年度成本预算.
-Other ad hoc tasks from finance manager
完成其他由财务经理安排的工作


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting / financial management field 财务或会计专业，大学本科以上学历
2. Familiar with MS office especially Excel and ERP experience, familiar with standard cost is a must 熟悉Office, （主要是Excel和ERP），熟悉标准成本
3. With 3+ years hands on experience on costing function for manufacturing/product costing; 3年以上在制造业成本的工作经验
4. Be able to work under pressure and willing to accept challenges 能够在压力下工作并且能接受挑战
5. Good communication，good oral and written English良好的沟通能力，英文听说读写流利 举报 分享
