岗位背景 Position purpose:

Provide technical support and training for dealers and users, Supervise the dealers to finish service work, Assist
regional manager to finish all the work for improving customer satisfaction about AGCO products.

主要职责 Major Accountability:
- Responsible for the dealer technical support and training.
- Assist dealer and users in solving the equipment failure.
- Supervise the dealer to finish service work.
- Timely report the equipment failure.
- As service department required to finish each work.
- Assist regional manager to finish all the work.
- Other assignment by department needs.

任职要求Qualification:
- 3+ years equipment maintenance working experience with agricultural machinery.
- Independent resolve mechanical failure.
- Adapt to frequent business trips.
- Good customer communication and coordination ability, learning and hands-on ability.
- Good team cooperation consciousness.
