职位描述：
Job Overview
To plan, coordinate and control production processes to ensure that goods are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget and to the agreed level of quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To plan and implement production schedules and shift patterns to ensure most efficient use of resources and costs against agreed stock levels.
2. To ensure the efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including maintenance, purchasing, production engineering and technical.
3. To coordinate the implementation of new products into production with consideration of compliance to CFDA Quality System Regulations and Intersurgical internal processes.
4. To manage a programme of continuous improvement of efficiency and quality on the production processes.
5. To ensure that ERP( EFACS ) is used correctly so that accurate data on stock, routing, delivery dates and purchase requirements are maintained.
6. To ensure that all the production areas are maintained in line with the company’s quality system requirements.
7. To prepare and monitor site production budget and the production capital purchase requirements.
8. To develop and monitor processes for the reduction of production scrap.
9. To develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
10. To activley support risk assessment activities to ensure that existing and newly implemented manufacturing equipment is effective, monitored and safe to use.
11. To support Quality to develop and implement critical to quality product performance criteria into QA test and inspection procedures.
12. To actively research new technologies and alternative methods of manufacturing efficiency. 举报 分享
