职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
The Internal Auditor APAC is responsible for supporting ACPC (Anti-corruption Policy Compliance) activities in the APAC Region, including compliance activities for specified functional business units and processes. He or she will also work directly with Regional Internal Audit Team on specific audit projects to ensure compliance with AGCO policy and procedures. Other areas may include responsibility to prepare presentation and trainings to operation department on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? ACPC Compliance status reporting for APAC region
? Assistant in maintaining the ACPC SharePoint site for APAC
? Manage document templates for ACPC
? Provide guidance, training and support to all levels of management on ACPC compliance issues.
? Gather, collate & Organize policy documentation for APAC Region, Ensure all Policy documents are updated by document owners and issued by responsible person.
? Work with local Audit manager and assist with various audits as directed.
? Assist or lead fraud investigation upon request
? Perform ad hoc business improvement projects at the direction of the Audit manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years Audit, Finance, Compliance, Investigation experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Law, Knowledge of SOX and internal control
Big four experience preferred
Experience with manufacturing industry preferred
Extensive experience of Microsoft office
Relevant experience with Purchasing is advantage
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Chinese;
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision;
Develop and maintain key relationships with all levels within the organization;
Strong communication and organization/analytical skills; 举报 分享
