职位描述：
工作职责：
岗位特征：
负责为车间的技术团队提供现场的技术支持，监督技术团队按照保时捷的服务流程执行维修及保养工作，确保保时捷中心提供给客户的服务并达到最高的质量要求。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 为车间提供技术支持
2. 协助售后服务团队处理客户投诉，纠正技术人员的不规范操作
3. 负责车辆交付前的检验，确保满足客户要求

Position Characteristics:
The Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing on-site technical support for technical team of the workshop, supervising the execution of maintenance and repair by the technical team in compliance with Porsche's related process, and ensuring the services provided to customers at the Porsche Centre meets the highest requirements.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Provide technical support to workshop
2. Assist After Sales team to deal with customer complaints and correct the wrong working procedure
3. Develop the competence of the workshop staffs


任职资格：
教育背景：
?须具备大专学历,行业经验者丰富者可放宽；
?接受过相关技术培训或具有技术背景者优先
 
行业背景：至少 3 年以上质检的工作经验
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法；
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?形象气质佳；
?热爱保时捷产品及服务；
?优秀的客户服务意识。

Education:
?High school degree required, college degree or equivalent experience preferred;
?Candidates participated in related technology training or ?with technical background preferred
 
Industry background：3 years' working experience as quality inspector in the industry
 
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
