职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION

- The focus of this role will be to develop and support a new manufacturing / assembly operation.
- Initially, this will be involved and work with a project team to develop a production system.
- This position will be responsible for the successful implementation of the production system in Changzhou, followed by the daily support and continuous improvement of the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead projects through the development and execution of project plans; coordinate and provide direction to project team members.
- Support the production team to resolve problems and improve operations.
- Develop processes to meet safety, quality, and delivery and cost targets.
- Develop, maintain and improve Standard Work. Provide training to ensure team members can consistently follow Standard Work.
- Interface and coordinate project activities with pertinent business functions.
- Provide support to product improvements and new product development.
- Coordinate implementation of engineering design changes into production.
- Support the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure the workplace is safe and 100% compliant with laws and regulations.
- Provide technical support for validation of the manufacturing system and quality initiatives.
- Support ERP, quality etc system etc implementation.
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience in a fabrication and/or assembly environment. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Experience with pneumatic tools; machining, forming and welding processes; and hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Possess a strong understanding, firm belief and ability to perform within the principles of Toyota Production System, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.


- Ability to take a lead role in trouble-shooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems and implement countermeasures.
- Proficient with CAD programs, ability to quickly learn SolidWorks.
- Ability to work well under compressed time constraints and limited direction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
- Flexibility to travel, on short notice as necessary.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing system, 6 sigma or IE etc will be perfect. 举报 分享
