职位描述：
-Analyzing and solving the customer and returns
-Organizing quality improvement activities and follow up the implementation
-Prepare the control plan of QC，and organize their implementation, also continuous optimization
-Responsible for customer complaints for quality training
-Communicating of the quality requirements from the customers and product quality information within the company
-Work instructions and process flow chart review, to ensure the consistency between related documents
-Advanced quality planning review and product manufacturing feasibility review
-Quality documents preparation for new project release
-Accomplishing other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications
-At least 3 years' CQE work experience in cable and connection solution industry
-Good communication skills both for external and internal customer
-English quality problem resolving report usage experience more than 5 years
-Familiar with quality tool, 5why,8D etc.
-Familiar with office software/SAP system
-Understand PPAP FEMA SPC MSA & VDE 6.3(process audit)
-More than 5years customer quality engineer work experience in cable manufacturing/cable set assembly industry
