Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for making annual region work plan.
-Responsible for completing the annual sales target.
-Responsible for processing orders as the sales plan.
-Responsible for product delivery and payment recovery.
-Responsible for market promotion activity.
-Responsible for collection and feedback on the information of market, product and quality.
-Responsible for the construction & management of region sales team.
-Responsible for the routine work and other task arranged by superior.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of agricultural machinery,with mechanical manufacturing technology.
-Familiar with the territory market information and situation, with practical operation experience.
-Sales & Marketing Management or relevant majors.
-Rich products knowledge of tractor & Combine, Hay-tools.
-Ordinary Marketing management & sales promotion skills.
-Excellent management ability, be able to use the current resources to organize, coordinate and push each work.
-The ability of coordination.
-The ability to solve contradictions.
-The ability of quick reaction.
KPIs:
-Sales target completion rate.
-Order fulfilment rate.
-Credit return rate.
