职位描述：
？ Design manufacturing processes in thermal spray, grinding, super finishing, ensure a thorough and effective transition of new products(FAI) and process into production, including new raw material specification develop and tooling design.
？ Maintain the status of all development activities and appropriately communicate with internal and external customers.
？ Develop process planning, incorporate customer requirements and coordinating reviews with quality and production personnel.
？ Develop and understand ABB robot programs
？ Develop and maintain the accuracy production work instructions, apply technical training onsite.
？ Identify and determine standard process cycle time to calculate Plant cost, and monitor the actual process cycle to continue improve exist process.
？ Continue improve the process flow and shop floor layout thus to increase the utilization of space, and assess the manufacturing cost and stipulate standard working time to minimize the waste of resource.
Troubleshoot problems from process and/or product using quality clinic, raise a telecom meeting within group for technical supporting.

Key Capabilities
BS or Master degree in materials or mechanical engineering
English reading and speaking
Experience in application of thermal spray coatings including support of associated engineering projects.
Mechanical/Fixture Design
Technical Writing
Robotic and/or Automation Experience (ABB robot program is preferable)
Strong 3D Modeling and Detail Drafting experience
Strong discipline for quality and cost saving
Lean and 6 sigma certification is preferable. 举报 分享
