Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Job description

Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, for local NGUX operation.
Build and Lead a highly competent staff responsible for all Maintenance activities including Facilities, Machinery and Equipment.
Develop and implement training plans for the Maintenance Staff on all Facilities and Equipment.
Develop, implement and monitor an effective Maintenance program for all equipment.
Assigns and supervises all Maintenance activities within the plant including Facilities, Utilities and Landscape.
Communication and coordination with local utility suppliers. (Electricity, Water, Gas, etc.)
Provide and monitor budgets for yearly capital and departmental expenditure.

Desired Skills and Experience
1. Degree holder with at least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position, in Hotel, Hospitably or entertainment industry.
2. Experienced in Greenfield startup operations in China.
4. Understanding of Local and National building regulations (Tianjin region).
5. Knowledge and experience of working within a Multi-National Corporation.
