1. Support finance controller to establish and timely update accounting policy, financial procedure and responsible for the policy implement supervision
协助财务经理建立和更新财务制度和流程，并负责监督财务政策的实施
2. Support for daily management for Finance Team, ensure efficient fiance analysis and control; ensure finance work is accurate, legal and timely,
协助财务经理进行有效的财务团队日常工作的管理，财务分析与内部控制；确保团队工作的正确性、合法性与及时性。

Activities活动
1. Responsible for monthly closing，preparation and submission of monthly financial reports in accordance with group policies, Swiss GAAP and PRC GAAP. Ensuring submit report timely, completely and accurately.
负责月结，准备和提交符合集团政策、瑞士会计准则和中国会计准则的报告，确保其完整性、准确性和及时性。
2. Coordinate with group treasury on bank facility and cash pooing process, and supervise monthly cash flow statement and forecast to ensure healthy cash position
与集团资金协调银行贷款和现金池情况，并主导月度资金预测确保健康的现金流
3. Be responsible for financial analysis minitoring to support the management decision
负责主导财务分析体系，从而帮助管理层做决策。
4. Resposible for the monthly forecasts, monitor the implementation, results analyze and reconcile variances.
负责年度预算与月度预测，并监督执行、结果分析和协调差异。
5. Responsible for checking daily Accounting operations and Implement internal control. Audit and check validity and reasonable of each expense and Accurancy of accounting treatment
负责日常的会计业务的检查及负责内部控制，审核各项费用的合理性、合法性及账务处理的正确性
6. Perform tax analysis, tax advice, planning and tax audit and ensure tax issue satisfy the requirement of China tax policy.
负责税务分析，税务建议及筹划、税务检查，并确保税务事项符合中国税法的要求
7. Be responsible for R+D 150% deduction collection and booking, audit, tax application, etc. Support for Hi-Tech application and maitainance issue.
负责研发费用加计扣除费用收集、台账的整理、审计及税务备案等工作。同时协助完成高新技术企业的申请和维护。
8. Timely reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts with related balance sheet schedules and analysis
及时核对并分析所有的资产负债表科目符合资产负债表的确认原则
9. Check the cost calculation and analysis transaction
核对成本核算及分析事务
10. Be responsible for fixed assets management, ensure Capex under control.
负责固定资产管理确保资本性支出得到控制。
11. Coordinate with annual auditinglocal inspection and Liaison with tax agents
协调年报审计、税务检查和联络税务事务所.
12. Know well about related information in QEHS of this position, such as
identification of EHS environment factors and hazard, solid waste classification
and chemical management and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物
分类，化学品管理等等）

Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
Education教育背景:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Management会计或财务管理学本科以上学历

Working experience工作经验:
1. Over 3 year experience in finance management position, 1 years working experience in Hi-tech enterprise.
三年以上财务管理岗位工作经验，一年高新技术企业经验。
2. Be familiar with IFRS and RPC GAAP，tax policy
熟悉国际会计准则、中国会计准则、税法
3. Strong financial analysis and control skills.
具有很强的财务分析与控制能力。
4. Be proactive, team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility, be able to work work under pressure
积极主动，良好的团队合作精神和很强的责任感，能在压力下工作。
5. Able to work independently and Self Motivated
