职位描述：
Manufacturing Manager
Reports to: Operation Manager

General working description:
- Responsible for all technical support activities in plant, including whole production equipment and process, maintenance, optimization of production line and process. To ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost. Manages and trains a team of service staff.

Duties:
- Control and optimization of production process
-  Evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques;
- Leading the trial run of new products / components
-  Determines necessary maintenance of machines and systems;
- Coordinate new production line installation/trial run and ramp up
- Equipment localization and release
- Support new projects development
-  Providing suitable techical measures/solutons to eliminate quality defects for continuous quality improvement;
-  Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the service;
-  Manages and trains a team of technical service staff;
- Support for maintaining ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system and ensure all the system requirements are fulfilled
- Others which related to technical service

 Requirements
-        Mechatronic (mechanical and electrical engineering), at least 4 year degree at college level
-        Minimum 5 year experience in the manufacturing environment for a multi-national corporation
-        previous experience to incorporate leading a team of process engineers and/or maintenance engineers (disciplinary and functional)
-        Intermediate knowledge of industrial equipment technology
          o   servo motors / axis
          o   pneumatic systems
          o   hydraulic systems
          o   basic electrical codes and wiring
-        ability to read complex drawings and bill of materials
-        familiar with local and international machine safety requirements and specifications
-        Siemens S7 STEP programming preferred; PLC programming (any language) would be a plus
-        proficiency in the use of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and handling of project planning systems
-        SAP knowledge (intermediate)
-        English language is mandatory (minimum B2 level)
-        German language would be a benefit (minimum A2 level)
- Experience of TS/ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 is a plus
- Experience in LEAN production is a plus
- Good communication and coordination ability
