Responsibilities 职位描述
1. Daily operations management:
？ Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of house and back-of-house
？ Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
？ Respond efficiently to customer complaints
？ Track operations and take corrective actions if needed
？ Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
2. Ensure that the diet materials, processes, quality
3. Successfully promote and publicize the brand
4. Copywriter plans for restaurant.


Qualifications & Skills :
1. Proven related working experience: 5 years min. in the industry and 3 years min. management experience on kitchen and service operations
2. Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
3. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
4. Planning, giving Feedback, multi-tasking, resolving conflict, verbal communication
