职位描述：
Major Responsibilities

1.Leader of Opex Core Team responsible for driving the Operational Transformation within Greif Flexibles Changzhou. Responsible for developing and implementing the Greif Production System delivering a financial benefit. COGS reduction (typical benchmark for Greif).
2.Define, develop and deploy Best Practice across Greif Flexibles
3.Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews on Value Capture, Capability Building and Performance Management.
4.Staying abreast of current thinking, tools etc, in an effort to keep Greif on the leading edge of Operational Excellence.
5.Working with the Plant Managers and the Core Team in meeting milestones and building organizational capabilities (Greif tools & techniques) to ensure sustainability of the Greif Production System.
6.As leader of the Core Team responsible for developing the individual members and preparing them for future operational roles.
7.Communicates goals and objectives, applies company policy, staffs, trains, coaches, recommends salary increases, administers discipline, insures positive employee relations and reviews the performance of employees.
8.Performs other duties as assigned.
Background Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:
5 plus years in Manufacturing Operational management.. Evidence of driving operational improvement programmes through a volume manufacturing facility.

Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive knowledge of operations and lean manufacturing tools and principles. Strong interpersonal leadership skills that drive change and guarantee success. Strong Global Production practices specific to industry.
