岗位描述/职责
1. 根据各部门的采购需求并结合实际情况，负责各部门的采购申请；
2. 负责采购订单的签订和确认以及催货 ；
3. 根据采购流程，负责督导采购物品的进仓和验收；
4. 根据采购合同和公司的财务制度，负责申请采购费用；
5. 定期维护SAP系统基础信息及供应商资料；
6. 完成上级委派的其他工作。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Be responsible for purchasing application of every department according to their application based on the actual status;
2. Be responsible for place order and order confirmation, missing part;
3. Be responsible for supervising the warehousing and checking of the purchased goods according to the purchasing procedure;
4. Be responsible for the application of purchasing charge according to the purchasing contract and the financial regulations of the company;
5. Be responsible for maintaining SAP master data and supplier information periodically;
6. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.
任职资格
工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械,液压或相关专业大专及以上；
2. 二年以上机械制造类产品采购经验；
3. 能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
4. 良好的合作和沟通能力及忠诚度；
5. 熟练应用SAP及办公软件；
6. 有一定的质量体系知识及分析能力；
7. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训。

Job Requirement
1. University graduate with major in Mechanics, electric, hydraulic or related majors.
2. 2 years working experience in purchasing of mechanical/hydraulic/electrical products,
3. English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned.
4. Good cooperation and communication ability and loyalty.
5. Familiar/Proficient in using computer , SAP is a plus .
6. Familiar in quality system and process analysis.
