岗位概述 POSITIONSUMMARY：
该职位向总经理汇报工作，负责工厂整体运营工作，组织日常运营工作并协调执行。
负责领导安全、研发、生产、质量管理。作为公司高层领导团队（SLT）中的一员，该职位代表着公司的管理理念和价值观，并将其贯穿落实于整个团队中。
该职位有责任建立最高标准，保证工厂运营卓越，负责对制度、工艺及人员进行协调部署，推动安全、质量、交货、生产效率、成本、环保、持续改进，客户满意及股东期望值达成目标。要能成功胜任该职位，必须具备扎实的技术水平和极好的领导能力，并且对打造高效员工和高效团队有成功经验。
The position report to General manager, in charge of whole factory operation and organize daily operation work. Responsible for leader safety, research, production and quality. As one of high level leader of company, this position on behalf of company management philosophy and value concept, which practicable through the whole team.
The position in duty of set up the highest standard to ensure excellent operation. Also in charge of discipline, technical and staff arrangement, to push safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, cost, environment and achieve improvement continuously, customer satisfaction and shareholder expectation value. Be qualified this position, have to keep solid technical level and excellent leadership, and also experienced in creating high-performance team and staff.
主要工作职责和内容 MAIN DUTIES AND CONTENT:
? 负责保障安全、环保的生产环境。与HSE负责人和工程团队协作，确保零安全事故，确保完全符合环保、健康要求；
Ensure a safe and environmentally conscious production environment. Working with the HSE leader and the engineering teams, drive the business towards zero safety incidents and fully compliant environmental protection systems.
? 负责控制和协调生产、技术团队合作，依据产品要求、设备效率和材料供应，确保生产计划的实施优化；
Ensure control and coordinate production, technical team work; According to product requirement, equipment efficiency and material supplement, ensure production plan in order optimized.
? 负责控制和协调生产过程中的各种活动和资源，以达到公司对产品交付及时性、质量、成本的要求，从而满足客户订单交付和交期的目标；
? In charge of control and coordinate all activities and sources during produce process to achieve company requirement of delivery time, quality and cost, in order to meet customer PO delivery requirements.
? 负责监控和控制技术团队给予生产正确的技术信息，推动建立必要工作流程来满足客户的需求；
Ensure proper engineering information for production. Promote to establish all work processes necessary to meet the customer’s requirements.
? 负责提供领导和支持质量管理体系的发展和完善；
Provide leadership and support the development and improvement of the QMS.
? 通过技术团队监控和控制产品开发工作；
To control product developing by monitoring technical team.
? 通过运营团队确保工艺的可靠性、稳定性。通过团队工作，确保所有生产设备和公共设施正常运行，以保证设备持续有效运行，确保工艺稳定性和可用性；
Through the operation team, ensure process reliability and stability. Through the team, ensure that all production equipment and support utilities are available in a manner that increases stakeholder satisfaction.
? 通过生产团队，建立相关生产制度，减少工艺误差，改进工艺稳定性；
Through the production team,establish systems to reduce variation and improve process stability.
? 负责领导整个运营团队进行持续改进。向整个团队诠释团队精神，对服务、成本及质量水准进行持续改进。
In charge of all operation team going to improve. To express team work of all team, and continuous improve service, cost and quality standard.
专业技能PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY：
教育背景Required Education:
? 本科学历，工程、理科、其他技术管理理学相关专业；
BS in engineering, math, science other technical discipline
教育背景期望水平Desired Education:
? 硕士学历，工程或工商管理相关专业；
Masters Degree in Engineering or Business
能力要求CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS:
技能与经验Required Skills and Experience:
? 中文流利，并能流利地用英语进行书写、对话
Fluent Chinese, technical written English, conversational spoken English
? 本科学历，工程或工商管理相关专业；
BS degree in engineering or business management
? 至少7年以上先进制造行业外企工作经验
A minimum of 7 years progressive manufacturing experience in a WFOE
? 以往工作中能完成或超越既定目标，并有丰富的经验
A solid history of meeting and exceeding expected results in past positions

Laminates, composites, plastics, or other similar industry experience.
