采购专员职位描述

主要职责：

岗位要求：

· 本科以上学历，工程、管理或其他相关专业；

· 具有管理多元化供应链的能力；

· 在中国法律及公司道德政策的范围内具备各种关系处理的能力；

· 能适应公司商业需求及目标的变化，并愿意接受挑战，解决困难；

· 形象气质佳、具有专业风范，对内对外都能很好的展现公司形象；

· 5年及以上工业采购的工作经验；

· 具有英文读写能力；

· 如有英文听说能力优先考虑，但不做强制要求。

详细职责描述：

应聘者，与公司总经理共同合作，负责公司的战略供应链管理。同时成本控制、进度和质量、以及与供应商发展长期合作关系是重点工作。应聘者将使用公司所提供的ERP系统，可管理所有战略供应关系，使公司营运资金、交付及成本的目标得以实现。

应聘者需要做好以下几点：

· 利用工程技术管理文件中的资料开发潜在供应商

· 开发后进入正式采购程序,选择主要和次要供应商。

· 支持技术及运营团队和供应商之间的相互沟通合作.

· 制定和保持供应商的评级制度和实施供应商改善方案。

· 根据需要对采购商提供支持

· 根据需要为调度提供支持，如可能可作为后备调度

· 当供应出现变动可能会影响到公司时，负责通知所有公司高级管理成员

· 由于市场的不稳定，制定并实施供应商风险控制策略

· 确定策略，在降低成本的同时，保持或提高质量

Job Description for:
Sourcing Specialist
Major Responsibilities:
The incumbent must have direct experience in managing and administering the following:
· Supplier identification and selection;
· Supplier negotiations and contracting; and,
· Supplier quality management and improvement systems.
The incumbent be responsible for leading the company’s supplier selection and negotiation process. The incumbent will be the company’s lead in supplier identification, auditing, negotiation and master supply contracting.
Reports to: General Manager
Expectations for Qualifications/Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management or other relevant field
· Demonstrated ability to manage a a diverse supply chain
· Demonstrated ability to manage relationships within the laws of China and Company ethics policies
· Willingness to tackle difficult challenges while being flexible to changing business needs and objectives
· A polished and professional demeanor that will represent the Company well both internally and externally
· 5 years experience in industrial sourcing
· English reading and writing expected; English speaking and listening preferred, but not required
Detailed Expectations of Responsibilities:
The incumbent, working with the General Manager, will be responsible for the strategic supply management of the company. Control of cost, schedule, and quality as well as developing a long term relationship with suppliers will be the primary focus. Using the company’s ERP system, the incumbent will manage all strategic supply relationships and so that company objectives for working capital, delivery, and cost are continuously achieved.
The incumbent will:
· Use the input from the engineering documentation to develop a list of potential suppliers.
· Develop and then apply formal sourcing procedures to select primary and secondary suppliers.
· Support the interaction between the engineering and operations teams and the supplier.
· Develop and maintain a supplier rating system and implement supplier improvement programs.
· Support the buyer as needed.
· Support the master planner/scheduler as needed, potentially serving as a backup.
· Be responsible for informing all members of the SLT when there are changes in the supply base that may affect the company.
· Develop and implement strategies to control supply side risk due to market instability
· Define strategies to simultaneously reduce cost and maintain or improve quality
