FUNCTION

* Form the bridge of technique for product structure and material with Europe.
* Guarantee the quality of products, reduce the cost by localisation
* Through product development and improvement to Intensify the competition (period, structure material…)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY & QUALIFICATION

1．Tasks:（The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:）

* By understanding of RIKT, transfer DIN-EN standard parts to GB standard, including plate, fastener as well as outsourcing
* Reading and interpretation of the drawing and technical data, communicate with Europe and advice them so that the localization result would be conformed ;
* Participate the development and localization plan of RIKT components; advice the target of components localization, cost control and process; report the performance.
* Maintenance BOM and the drawing of outsourcing via ERP;
* Auditing the supplier, communicate technical problems, do quality control plan, appraise the result of localization;
* Deal with inferior quality of outsourcings;
* Cooperating with manufacturing engineers, support operation;
* Continued improvement;
* Other tasks from manager
2．Competences
* Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or material
minimum 3 years in Engineering Dept. of multinational enterprises, more then 2 years experience of material or products localization
* Familiar with Mechanical manufacturing, Procurement process and skills, business negotiations, and tendency of steam turbo.
* Skilled in computer and MS-office, AUTCAD, fluent English
* Knowledge of turbo machine;
* Familiar with process (welding, machining...);
* Familiar with GB standard, and ASME, EN, DIN…
* knowledge of the management system (ERP)
* English fluent spoken and written
