Goal of Position
* Based on existing designs prepare all documents necessary for shop floor activities, especially drawings, part lists, work process descriptions
* Counterpart to job preparation departments of Europe
* Interpretation of technical drawings and development of work process steps to local requirement
Main Functions :
* Creating and modification of work cycles
* Select tools and processes, prepare operation cards to give work instructions to worker* Detailed study of welded pieces drawing and production specifications;
* Welded fabrication processes study and preparation of CAD detailed drawing.
* Define labour hours and get standard hours* Respect of the production requirements and solve problems on site ;
* Interaction with engineering dept for modifications and improvement;
* Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
* Mechanical Engineering background;
* Overall knowledge of metal sheets fire cutting and bending;
* Experience on Pipe welding for high temperature and pressure, carbon steel and heat resistant steel welding, heavy construction; experience on define welding sequence for complex work piece;skilled in drawing of complex welded pieces;
* Knowledge and experience of work cycle engineering
* Knowledge of production specifications and quality requirement
* Knowledge of bills of materials
* Ability to work with ERP system (SAP preferential)
* Ability to evaluate the impacts as regards the safety of the production operations
* Knowledge of machines apply pressure
* ISO 9001* Quality control planning, knowledge and experience of NDT
* Good communication skills
* Skilled in use AUTOCAD
* English fluent, written at least
