职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Lead and administer the preparation and timely submission of the monthly financial reporting documentation to top management team.
2. As a member of the China leadership team, implements business strategies that increase shareholder value. Value creation opportunities include profitable growth acceleration, productivity increases, and improved asset utilization.
3. Establish and maintain the financial control environment including the application of corporate financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance and protect the company's assets.
4. Support internal and external audit processes and requirements.
5. Responsible for leading the annual planning process which includes orders and revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, capital budgeting and working capital and cash flow forecasting.
6. Lead the asset management process by working with the business leaders to establish payment terms, collect receivables, determine appropriate inventory levels, vendor payment terms and customer advance payment requirements to accelerate cash flow.
7. Provide historical financial trend analysis and forward-looking analysis to ensure that the business is on track to achieve plan and deliver continuous financial improvement.
8. Make recommendations regarding required actions to the business leaders. Influence business decisions including capital investments, budgets and planning.
9. Ensure compliance with all corporate and government tax regulations in China and the group recommends tax strategies and provides audit support, as required.
10. Proactively partners with the corporate treasurer regarding foreign exchange management, cash requirements, investments and insurance risk management. Ensure compliance with the corporate investment policy.
11. Lead or participate on business or finance projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. SAP experience is required
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of manufacturing, cost accounting and management reporting and financial analysis while demonstrating progressively accounting experience.
3. A degree in Business Administration with Accounting or Finance emphasis or equivalent is required.
4. Ability to communicate both orally and writing with all management levels and the external financial and legal community.
5. Well-developed financial analysis capabilities and sound management skills; minimum five years management experience.
6. Strong Chinese and English communication skills and interpersonal skills to effective work with a variety of positions and functions within the organization.
