Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all HR operation including recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety issues, and personnel research, investigating and dispositioning
2.Directs and maintains overall supervision and direction of our People Resource & Office admin team in China.
3. Plays a strategic and critical role in contributing to the success of our operations in North Asia Operations by driving HR interventions from a strategic and operational standpoint. The role combines facets of strategic HR, such as policy development, planning employee development and training as well as operational areas including legislative and corporate governance and compliance, compensation and benefits, expat management, performance management, organization development, M&A and talent management.

Requirements:
1. Min.Bachelor degree, major in HR, Administration Management or related fields.
2. Min. 10 years of HR management experience in famous MNC.
3. Knowledge of Chinese regulations. Strong network with local labor, personnel and other bureaus.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. MS office skills (especially excel, word);
6. Experience with HRIS expected.
