Job description职位描述:
1) 发展、执行质量计划，使公司的质量体系和策略符合要求。Develop, implement,communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements .
2) 全面管理生产过程中的质量问题。Take full charge of all quality issues during whole production process .
3) 负责质量体系的建立和维护，流程的改进以及KPI评估。Implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.
4) 负责质量认证的相关工作。Coordinate internal management reviews and conduct quality system audits so as to achieve quality approval.
5) 负责质量指标的传达和监控，并在公司内部质量管理体系中贯彻执行。Monitor and inform standards created by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems.
6) 负责供应商的评审。Responsible for the evaluation and audit external suppliers.

Requirements任职要求:
1) 本科以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化或相关专业Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical manufacturing, mechanical and electrical integration and relevant major
2) 在汽车行业有五年以上质量管理的工作经验，熟系质量体系 如TS16949, PPAP, APQP, ISO9000, ISO14000等。About 5 years working experience focused on quality management in automotive industry. Be familiar with quality systems such as TS16949, PPAP, APQP, ISO9000,ISO14000, etc.
3) 熟练操作ERP系统和办公软件。Proficiency with ERP, MS Office.
4) 良好的中英文交流能力。Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English.
5) 良好的团队精神及分析能力。Strong team spirit and good analytical thinking.
