岗位职责：
1.负责新产品设计开发工作,包括概念设计,细部设计以及公差分析,有限元分析,模流分析以及失效模式分析
2.负责新技术,新材料,新方向的研究
3.与客户检讨产品规格和设计
4.负责产品图纸和技术规格以及工程设计变更的发行
5.参与模具设计检讨,生产制造可行性分析
6.工程样品尺寸和功能审核以及模具的批准
7.参与试产报告分析,协同其它部门解决问题,优化产品设计
8.负责与供应商的技术交流,参与供应商的审核.
9.依据产品规格定义信赖性测试规范并审核测试报告
10.制定材料规格
11.协助IE工程师进行产品包装的设计并发行包装规范和图面
12. 对市场和销售人员进行必要技术支持
资质要求
1．机械电子工程类本科及以上学历
2．三年以上外资企业工作经验,熟悉手机类或工业类连接器设计优先.
3．3D设计技能, 会使用Pro/E, Catia 或I-deas优先
4．熟练掌握GD&T和公差分析技能,能进行公差分析计算
5．熟悉冲压,注塑,压铸和电镀工艺和技术
6．基本的项目管理技能
7．熟悉BOM的建立
8．熟悉失效模式分析
9．熟悉有限元及模流分析，能对分析结果进行分析并优化设计
10.良好的英语听说读写能力
