工作职责
1.参与公司质量管理体系的建立和推行；
2.收集、汇总和分析有关质量的相关数据，并形成报告；
3.监督和协助进料检验（IQC）、过程检验(IPQC)、产品终检(FQC)等日常质量控制和管理工作；
4.促进产品质量的持续改进；提高客户满意度；
5.对部门内部质检人员进行持续的岗位培训。

Responsibilities
1.Participate in the foundation and implementation of Quality Management System;
2.To collect, summarize and analyze related quality data and make relative quality reports;
3.supervise and help inspectors with daily tasks of IQC, IPQC and FQC etc.
4.To improve the our products quality and raise our customers’ satisfaction.
5.Take responsibility to train quality staffs with their work skills continuously.

任职条件
1. 大专及以上学历，机械专业；
2. 具备丰富的机械行业产品和零部件检验的实际操作经验，包括IQC、IPQC、FQC、SQE等（必须具备两项以上的实际操作经验）；
3. 三年以上品质管理工作经验；熟悉质量管理体系ISO9001:2008；
4. 英语听说读写流利，能与外商沟通；
5. 熟练运用办公软件。

Requirements
1. Junior Education above, Major in Mechanical.
2. Rich working experience of inspection on mechanical products and spare parts, including IQC, IPQC, FQC,
and SQE etc. ( Required to have the working experience of two fields mentioned above at least)
3. 3 years of work experience of quality management and have rich knowledge of QMS.
4.Skilled in oral and written English.
5.Skilled in office software.
