Tasks:（The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:）

1) Administrative assignments:

§ ？Prepare department budget

§ ？Assign work to sub-ordinate in a structured way.

§ ？Set department target and evaluate individual performance.

§ ？Ensure proper communication with our different departments

2) Operational assignments:

§ ？Overall in charge of turbocharger production and supply chain

§ ？Operate a workshop for turbocharger assembly & components manufacturing

§ ？Formulate the target for the supporting function (engineering, procurement & logistic) within the organization

§ ？Sourcing & localization of turbocharger components in China

§ ？Sales support for turbocharger warranty jobs

1). Background

§ Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering

2). Knowledge/Experience

§ Minimum of 10 years experience in heavy machinery production.

§ Entrepreneur mindset

§ Experience in turbocharger and diesel engines.

§ At least 3 years experience in workshop management

§ Team player.

§ Willingness to travel within China and Europe.Strong relationship building skills

§ Creative problem-solving abilities / Out-of-the-box thinking

§ Ability to create an efficient and integrating team environment

3).Languages

Excellent command of Chinese, English and preferably German
