职位描述

Goal of position:
*In order to localise the parts for turbine machines and compressors, audit and and technical expedite suppliers of half finished parts, fasteners, piping parts, catalog material, etc, guide the suppliers and continuously improve the quality standard to meet the company requirements

Main Function:
* Qualify capable suppliers together with sourcing/procurement dept, engineering dept and other relative departments
* Monitor the suppliers' delivery performance
* Create ITP (Control Plan) together with supplier
* Monitor ITP execution, take actions try to contain quality issues before sending to company
* Issue Non Conformity Form and Corrective and Preventive Action Plan to suppliers once NC occurs
* Work with supplier to analyze, identify the root cause, take actions to correct and prevent similar issues recurrence.
* Implement on-site audit when necessary
* Communicate with colleagues in China and Europe on supplier management aspect
* Evaluate supplier quality performance and urge supplier to continuous improve.

Qualifications:
* Mechanical Engineering background
* 5 years experience in quality department of heavy machinery industry, preferably also in turbine or compressor manufacturing industry, at least 3 years experience in MNC
* Knowledge of material, metallurgy and test principle, approach
* Be familiar with various cold machining processes
* Independent in machining part quality control
* Capability to identify on a drawing the most important specifications for the work to be done;
* Understand material master, bill of materials, work cycle, material specifications, and production specifications;
* Experience with inspection and test planning;
* Use basic software (office) skillfully
* Good command of ISO 9001 quality management system, familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
* Experience with ERP, preferably SAP
* Good communication skill
* Fluent oral and written English
