工作职责：

1.熟悉产品工艺流程、3年以上相关工作经验；
2.对量产不良有丰富的分析及解决经验；
3.有连接器或线缆生产车间技术改造工作经验优先，包括设备选型、车间规划、工艺优化等；
4负责工厂一条生产线的生产和项目管理，带领综合团队，包括生产、质量和设备

Qualification:
3~5年生产或项目管理经验，具备一定技术背景，有连接器或线缆背景尤佳
具备自我管理意识、演讲技巧、良好的英语沟通能力和人际关系
