The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:
? ？ Detailed study of production documentation (drawings and specifications);
？ 认真研究生产文件（图纸和规范）
? ？ Resource managing and balancing; 资源管理和平衡
? ？ Evaluation of costs/benefits and cooperation with process engineer (job preparation); 评估成本/收益，与工艺工程师（工作准备）合作
? ？ Cooperation with maintenance dpt for machinery efficiency;
？ 与维修部门合作，以确保机器的效率
? ？ Attention and involvement for one’s own and other people’s safety;
？ 关注个人及他人的安全
? ？ Attention and involvement for environment; 关注环境
? ？ Study of the guidelines of the company; 学习公司方针
* Typical Education Level（典型学历要求）:
? Mechanical Engineering background; 机械工程背景
* Job experience（工作经历）:
? Strong skills in big welded construction: 50 ton pieces, carbon steel thickness 200mm; 在大型焊接件方面具有极强的技能：50T工件，碳钢厚度200mm
* Specialized knowledge and skills（专业知识及技能）:
? leadership; 领导能力
? Strict allowance in geometry dimension; 严格的几何尺寸要求
? skilled in drawing of complex pieces; 熟悉复杂工件的图纸
? welding procedures and international standards (ASME, ISO 729, ISO 9001)
熟悉焊接程序和国际标准
? knowledge of the functionality of machines; 了解机器功能
? Basic knowledge of the management system of ERP;
具备基本的ERP管理系统知识
? Risks of the department and of the work;
部门及工作风险控制
? Procedures of emergency and evacuation;
熟悉紧急状况及疏散程序
? Correct use of personal protection equipment
正确使用个人保护设备
