职位目标
* 能独立操作大型数控机床（加工范围14x5.5x2.4米 工作台4x4米-70吨）完成单件、高精度要求零件加工。
主要职能
* 确认数控程序和加工余量
* 独立完成复杂大件的机加工
* 合理使用工、量具
* 正确理解和使用生产文件
* 正确操作、使用机床
* 能够进行日常的机床和工具维护
* 严格遵守公司的安全制度
任职资格
* 技术职业学校毕业
* 在重工业企业4－6年的大型机床机加工工作经验
* 熟悉机械制图和公差系统
* 对大型箱体类零件机加工工艺有一定的了解
* 了解几何学规则和三角函数
* 熟练使用西门子840 D 系统
* 熟悉刀具和刀具加工参数
* 具有团队精神
* 具有持续改进能力
