职位目标
* 装配大型压缩机单元；
* 满足相关的质量要求；
主要职能
* 遵循装配作业文件进行操作(图纸、技术规范等)；
* 压缩机的组件、部件安装；
* 机加工后零件的精密磨削；
* 水压测试的设定和操作；
* 遵循和参与安全活动，确保自身和他人的安全；
* 关注和参与现场5S活动等；
任职资格
* 全面的压缩机生产和装配经验（3-5年）；
* 剖分式大型件的装配经验（工具、检具等的使用）；
* 大型件(尺寸3-4m, 重量30吨，精度0.01mm)的装配经历；
* 熟悉ISO9001质量要求；
* 安全意识及防范能力；
* 团队意识强，沟通简洁、明了，能够有效地与其它同事配合；
* 熟悉机械制图知识，能看懂机械装配图，知晓机械加工的基本常识；
* 积极、主动，能够高效地工作；
