Major responsibilities/主要职责:
1、Make week plan and daily plan for Assembly,testing and painting line.
制定装配、检测以及油漆线的日计划、周计划；
2、Plan and schedule production activity of Assembly,testing and painting line according to Production Notice and urgent needs of customers.
根据客户订单安排日常活动；
3、Issue Material request to warehouses as per schedule and get material on time.
根据生产需要按时准备生产所需的物流
4、Allocate work, provide technical support and collect,record and analyze the production data daily;
分配工作,提供技术支持和收集、记录和分析日常生产数据;　　　　　

5、Analyse the reasons for loss and take corrective or improvement action;
分析损耗原因,并采取纠正或改进措施
6、Ensure to implement all procedures and Work instructions;　确保生产活动按照工艺流程进行；
7、Use lean method to manange assembly line;Continous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, OTD etc.　使用精益生产方法管理流水线，持续改善提高生产力、质量、准时交货率等。
8、Responsible for WIP materials;　
负责备品配件材料;　
9、Any others tasks required by supervisor.

Requirement profile/需求简介:
1、Colleage/Degree in mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering;
机械工程或生产工程大专及以上学历
2、Design experience above 3 years in mechanical field,the GGC valves experience is preferred;
3年机械相关领域经验，有GGC阀门经验者优先
3、Skilled in CAD,PROE,etc.;
熟悉CAD/PROE等制图软件
4、Analytical ability, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledges;
良好的分析、解决问题能力，诚信正直、愿意学习提升
5、Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
良好的英文听说读写能力
